We have adopted the following policies and procedures to ensure that any information you provide to us on the Arcitell, LLC web site or any domains owned by Arcitell, LLC is treated appropriately and with your full knowledge and consent. The purpose of this Privacy Statement is to explain what information we may collect from you and how this information may be used.

Who we are

Arcitell, LLC is a joint venture formed in December 2017 between Belden Holding & Acquisition, Inc. of Canton, OH USA and Acell Industries of Ireland. The joint venture is dedicated to commercializing exterior cladding for the North American market.

What type of personal information is collected on this Site and how is it used?

Certain areas of the Arcitell, LLC web sites may request that you voluntarily supply us with personal information. These requests are limited to specific activities such as opting in to receive more information about the company, its products, or to speak with a representative. Your participation in these activities is completely optional.

Requests for Literature or Other Information.

To request this information, you may be asked for certain contact information such as your name, mailing address and email address.

Contact Forms

Users will be asked to fill in a contact form and opt in to receive more information or to be contacted directly by marketing and sales representatives. The form will request your name, email, phone, company name, company address, and business categories. The form may be updated periodically to edit the list of requests to optimize the process and experience. This information will be held for a period of 5 years.

Embedded content from other websites​

Who we share your data with

Arcitell, LLC engages various partners in the commercialization process and these partners will have access to select parts of the data collected. These partners can include marketing automation software companies (i.e. SalesFusion), marketing services firms (i.e. Concept, LTD) and advertising firms (i.e. Hitchcock, Fleming & Associates). The partner list may vary over time but in each case these partners are bound by a non-disclosure agreement and are not permitted to share this data outside the normal course of conducting business solely for Arcitell, LLC.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that opt in to receive more information or communication, that data will be retained for a period of no more than 5 years from the date of the last opt in or other communication. The start date of this 5-year period is based on the last request for information and/or completion or editing of contact information by the user.

What rights you have over your data

If you have opted in on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Arcitell, LLC uses this information to analyze trends, administer the site, track user’s movement, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information.

Arcitell, LLC does not send your data to any 3rd parties outside the previously mentioned partners who are bound by non-disclosure agreements to only use the data while conducting business for Arcitell, LLC.

How will the Company protect your personal information?

We value your trust in providing us personal information. Arcitell, LLC makes all reasonable efforts to protect your personal data by employing a suite of encryption and other security services. Information you provide is transmitted using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). While Arcitell LLC uses encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only trained employees who need the information to perform a specific job are granted access to personally identifiable information.

What 3rd parties do we receive data from?

Arcitell, LLC receives data from Google Analytics, Google AdWords, DoubleClick Manager and may receive data from other marketing sources for lead generation.

What are "Cookies" and does this Site use them?

Cookies are unique identifiers that we transfer to your device to enable our systems to recognize your device and to provide additional features. If you have an account and you log in to this site, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.

What automated decision making and/or profiling we do with user data

If a user fills in an Opt-in form, it is mapped to Arcitell, LLC’s SalesForce instance. Depending of the categories selected within the Opt in form, Arcitell, LLC SalesForce instance will hold user information and may profile users into groups. This information can then be used for various marketing automation programs that will send pre-determined content emails to each user. Depending on the response of each user, the marketing automation program can send other pre-determined content emails designed to respond to that user’s unique request and or behavior. Arcitell, LLC maintains and approves all email content, business process rules and architecture rules of any marketing automation programs used for this purpose on the Arcitell, LLC sites.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

Arcitell, LLC may change this Privacy Policy from time to time at its discretion. Company will post such changes to this web page and note the date of the most recent revision of the Privacy Policy above. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy frequently to be informed of how Company is collecting, using, retaining, protecting, disclosing, and transferring your information.
