What automated decision making and/or profiling we do with user data
If a user fills in an Opt-in form, it is mapped to Arcitell, LLC’s SalesFusion Marketing Automation instance. Depending of the categories selected within the Opt in form, Arcitell, LLC SalesFusion instance will hold user information and may profile users into groups. This information can then be used for various marketing automation programs that will send pre-determined content emails to each user. Depending on the response of each user, the marketing automation program can send other pre-determined content emails designed to respond to that user’s unique request and or behavior. Arcitell, LLC maintains and approves all email content, business process rules and architecture rules of any marketing automation programs used for this purpose on the Arcitell, LLC sites.
